Presidents of all Latin American and Caribbean countries are present in the  Summit encounter– in the photo- until Tuesday carried out  in Cancún , México, it has great historical connotation due to the agreement of  integrity among the 33 nations of the area, for first time in history the presence of United States  and Canada are excluded, so it will become a political wills’ accord among all countries seated near the South of  Río Bravo, in the margin of hegemonic interests.
